Hey Riff Raff! Well, in our busiest week ever Tyler and I decided that the little bakery need a renovation to make more room to make MORE bread and cookies so I am exhausted but so happy with how it turned out. Once I’m done decorating I will share some photos with you all!

Sunday I will have Howie, Hank and Troublemakers in the shed. They will go out and noon and have been going fast, which is incredible, but to avoid disappointment please order ahead and the little green shed “Dottie” will hold your baked goods with love, with your name on it.

Sunday the 27th at noon! Hope to see you then!

Order Ahead Here!

I love you all!

Hello Riff Raff!

I’m so sorry I forgot to send this on Friday! The bread shed will be filled with Howie and Hank today after noon! Sorry for my forgetfulness, I blame Gilly, his cuteness is distracting.

Hope to see you later today!

Hey Riff Raff! Just a reminder that we’ll be photographing a wedding this weekend so no bread shed. We will see you next weekend September 13th though! Thank you all again for being the best, the last few weeks I’ve seen SO many new faces! I hope you all have a wonderful long weekend!

xo

Sarah

I have 3 Zepeda, 1 Hank and 2 packages of Troublemakers left from yesterday. If anyone would like to grab them to throw in the freezer since I can’t bake again until the 13th of September they will be in the shed today! The bread is $12 and the cookies are $14.

We will be photographing two weddings so next Sunday there will be no bread shed. Look forward to seeing you on the 13th, have a wonderful few weeks!

To celebrate making it through the first week, and to thank you for taking care of our kids, if you pre-order bread for this Sunday and are a teacher or a para-educator, please just put in the notes of your order where you teach and you will receive two free Snickerdoodles! I hope all of you with kiddos had a great first week back, and hope to see you on Sunday!

A quick note to say that I will bake Sunday again, I’m not switching yet to Wednesday because Sunday seemed like a great day! That was a record, sold out in an hour! I will bake more than I did last week and as always feel free to order ahead so you don’t miss out. Love you all!

Well, we did it. We are officially an empty nest. It broke my heart and at the same time made me so excited. Henry and Addie are both really happy where they are and I know they’ll have so many great adventures but man I miss them already. My dear friend shared this quote by Catherine Newman and I thought I would share it here in case anyone else in the empty nest boat has a heart that is hurting a little bit.

On An Empty Nest:

And so to continue feeling like I’m hosting a dinner party, this week I will have Howie, Hank AND Zepeda so if you’ve been missing that spicy little number now is your time! I’ll also have the Troublemakers because I think we all need a little treat. As always please order ahead if you’d like to guarantee I have what you love ready for you!

Next week (and maybe for a while depending on what is best for you all) I will bake on Wednesday instead of Sunday, so Wednesday the 26th. Please, if you have a minute will you answer the poll? It seems maybe weekdays/nights are easier for people to come by and grab their bread, let me know if that is true for you!

I love you all and thank you again and always for your love and support!

Tomorrow I’ll have a limited number of Howies & Hanks in the shed! We’ve been so busy getting ready for both Henry and Addie to go off to college I haven’t had time to bake a huge batch but I’ll have some tomorrow. Swing by around noon if you’d like some bread for your week and wish me luck as I become an empty nester on Monday! Thank you all for being amazing!

Sarah

I will be downtown all day tomorrow celebrating Pride here in Helena so I won’t be able to be in my bakery making dough. I will shift to baking on Monday this week! If you’d like to order ahead please do so and I hope to see some of you out tomorrow at the parade or the Drag Show to celebrate our wonderful community!

If you have your heart set on anything for this weekend please order ahead! It guarantees you’ll get what you want and helps me in planning too! I hope to see you on Sunday, it looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day with finally some cooler temperatures!

Hey everyone! It is SO HOT! I will have just a small amount of Howies in the shed this Sunday. It’s too hot to have cheese in there all day and I’m too hot to have the oven running longer than that! :) I hope to see you Sunday and I hope you’re all well and staying as cool as possible!

Sarah

Hello everyone! This Sunday I will have ALL of the flavors, Howie, Hank and Zepeda along with the Troublemakers! So if the Zepeda (cheddar & jalapeño) is your favorite don’t miss out. The sheds will be filled by noon and if you would like to order ahead to be sure I don’t sell out before you make it here, please do so with the button below.

I’ve got my fancy new signs now so keep an eye out for them! Thank you to my husband for helping me design them and Signs Now for making them, I love how they turned out.

I hope you’re all having a wonderful summer, it has been crazy busy for us but wonderful. Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Hello Riff Raff! I wanted to give you all a heads up on the schedule for the next month or so because it’s a little all over the place.

Friday, July 3rd: Special Holiday Weekend Bake! 🎆

This Friday, I will have my classic Troublemakers AND a brand-new special: Rainbow Riots! These are Browned Butter Bourbon Vanilla Rice Krispie Treats loaded with rainbow sprinkles. They are the perfect addition to your holiday weekend excursions and insider tip: they are incredible when warmed up over a campfire.

(I know national Pride Month just wrapped up, but here in Helena, our Pride festival isn’t until August! Pride should be celebrated always anyway, so consider this an early jump on the local love.)

$1 from every single Rainbow Riot sold will be donated directly to Montana Pride! 🏳️‍🌈 Come grab a treat (or multiple) and support a great cause

.

Wednesday July 8th

Sunday July 19th

Sunday July 26th

One reminder for all of you busy bees. I Do offer home delivery if you live in town and just don’t have the time to come by the shed, just add that on to your order through the Bakesy app and your bread and treats will magically appear on your doorstep! Thank you for feeding this dream, for loving the sourdough, and for being the best neighbors a baker could ever ask for.

I love you all.

Hello Riff Raff, I am back and ready to bake on Sunday! We had a great family reunion and came back happy and exhausted. I will have Howie and Hank, Troublemakers this Sunday in the sheds. As always, please order ahead if you would like to guarantee I have what you’d love (especially if it is a cookie pack, they disappear fast!)

Order Here

Just a heads up that cookie packs are moving to $16 this week to account for the crazy jump in premium chocolate costs. I refuse to skimp on the good stuff or switch to cheaper ingredients, so we're keeping the recipe exactly as massive and decadent as you love. I hope you all are having a wonderful summer so far! We have weddings the next two weekends so bake days will probably be on Wednesdays but stay tuned. Thank you for being flexible on the bake days through the crazy summer! I hope to see you on Sunday!

xo

Sarah

We’re off to our family reunion so the bread shed will not be filled this weekend, keep an eye out for next Sunday, that may be the next bake day! I hope you all have a wonderful week and if you can, make sure to pop down to the Werks Market on Thursday the 25th from 4-7pm at Gardenwerks! I won’t have a booth this time because we will just be getting home but we’ll be there enjoying the live music and community, I hope to see you there!

Sarah

Hello everyone! I’m sorry for the confusion, bread will be available this week on Thursday instead of Wednesday, we got home too late last night to feed Hilda in time to do dough today! Celebrating our nephew was totally worth it though. :) I will have Howie, Hank and Zepeda this Thursday but not very many extras so if you would like to guarantee you have your bread, please order ahead! I will not be baking next week as we will be at our family reunion so stock up this week if you need! Thank you all again for understanding that summer can be busy!
