This Friday, I will have my classic Troublemakers AND a brand-new special: Rainbow Riots! These are Browned Butter Bourbon Vanilla Rice Krispie Treats loaded with rainbow sprinkles. They are the perfect addition to your holiday weekend excursions and insider tip: they are incredible when warmed up over a campfire.

(I know national Pride Month just wrapped up, but here in Helena, our Pride festival isn’t until August! Pride should be celebrated always anyway, so consider this an early jump on the local love.)

Hello Riff Raff, I am back and ready to bake on Sunday! We had a great family reunion and came back happy and exhausted. I will have Howie and Hank, Troublemakers this Sunday in the sheds. Just a heads up that cookie packs are moving to $16 this week to account for the crazy jump in premium chocolate costs. I refuse to skimp on the good stuff or switch to cheaper ingredients, so we're keeping the recipe exactly as massive and decadent as you love. I hope you all are having a wonderful summer so far! We have weddings the next two weekends so bake days will probably be on Wednesdays but stay tuned. Thank you for being flexible on the bake days through the crazy summer! We’re off to our family reunion so the bread shed will not be filled this weekend, keep an eye out for next Sunday, that may be the next bake day! Hello everyone! I’m sorry for the confusion, bread will be available this week on Thursday instead of Wednesday, we got home too late last night to feed Hilda in time to do dough today! Celebrating our nephew was totally worth it though. :) I will have Howie, Hank and Zepeda this Thursday but not very many extras so if you would like to guarantee you have your bread, please order ahead! Hello Riff Raff family! We made it through Adela’s graduation and I cried my way through most of the weekend but we’re here and it was wonderful. Now we have my nephews graduation in Spokane and a family reunion so no weekend baking for the next two weeks. Hey Riff Raff Family! This weekend is pretty special, Sunday is Mother’s Day and my Moms birthday is Saturday so a whole weekend of celebrating this amazing woman. Her heart is bigger than any other that I’ve ever known, if she isn’t helping out a friend or someone in our family, she’s volunteering at Red Cross or Helena Food Share. She truly is the most selfless person I’ve ever known. And so, to honor her and her ginormous heart, I will be matching every “Helena” loaf purchased this weekend for Helena Food Share. Hello everyone! Bread this week will be in the shed on SATURDAY the 11th NOT SUNDAY. Henry is headed home from college for the weekend and Addie has her first tennis match on Saturday so I don’t want to be stuck doing dough all day Saturday! After this weekend we will be heading to Ireland for work so the next day to get bread will probably be May 3rd but may move to a Wednesday again. Hello Riff Raff Family! I am sending the newsletter out early this week because I wanted to let you all know that I will have some festive cookies in the shed. They will have little pieces of Cadbury mini eggs on top to make them extra happy for any of your weekend celebrations! They will also be available to be picked up on Saturday April 4th after 3:00pm. So if you need some little treats for your weekend and don’t want to wait until Sunday for them, swing by Saturday afternoon! The bread will still only be available Sunday, just cookies will be in early.

One note on preorders (which are definitely encouraged especially for the cookies) will now require a deposit payment at the time of placing your order. I have had a few preorders that have forgotten to pay and it’s too tricky to keep track of that. So now you will just need to pay a deposit. :) If you do not have Venmo you are still more than welcome to come to the shed and pay cash I just won’t be able to take preorders from you. I’m sorry for any inconvenience I just dont have the bandwidth or desire to chase down people for payments.

Holy smokes Riff Raff family, it has been 2 whole years since the very beginning of Riff Raff Bakery! I can’t believe how fast the time has gone. I just wanted to thank you all, you have made this little dream possible and I can’t explain how much it means to me. The best part of this entire thing has been meeting you all, and I hope to meet more of you maybe this Sunday when the weather is gorgeous?! Hello Riff Raff fam! We have some new members of the family, welcome to you all! I’m back from the crazy rainy and windy Oregon coast and so excited to bake for you again on Sunday. This Sunday I will have Howie (Rustic Sourdough), Hank (Cheddar Sourdough), Zepeda (Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough) and Troublemakers (Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies) available.
