Holy Smokes. This community is absolutely incredible. In about 2 days we made it to 180 loaves to donate to the Helena Food Share!! I cried grateful tears multiple times, I am just so blown away by the generosity and kindness of you all. There are still 6 days to enter into the drawing to win a year of Riff Raff Sourdough AND a Riff Raff Tote Bag! On November 8th I will draw a name to win 12 loaves, one for each month of free bread and a tote bag! If you win and do not live in Helena you are welcome to donate your loaves to someone who Does live here or you can most certainly donate them to Food Share! If you haven’t already you can buy some “Helena” loaves here!
I will continue to have the “Helena” available to order always, it truly is the reason I started this business. Thank you for helping make this happen. *Also, just for clarification, I do not make money on the “Helena” it just covers my costs, just in case you were wondering. :)
This Wednesday I will have bread for pick up and the Zepeda will be available this week as well so if that one is your favorite make sure you preorder or get here early! Speaking of early, bread pick up will now be at 2:00pm instead of noon. If you preorder please wait until I text you to let you know your order is ready. With preorders I often have sliced loaves or cookies and those both need extra time to cool so please wait to hear from me. When you head here to pick up your bread there will also be a crate outside the shed for food donations for food share, so if you’re going through your pantry and you have shelf stable items you don’t think you’ll eat or if you’d like to get some at the grocery store I can save you a trip to food share and deliver them with the loaves!
