Gardenwerks Farmers Market this week!

Holy moly, I can hardly contain my excitement…my new bread oven has arrived!! Her name is Essie and I am in love already and she isn't even hooked up yet. Later today, hopefully, she’ll be wired and ready to bake my first test batch on Tuesday! So, I need some volunteers, the first bake will be a little test, if you would like to buy a guinea pig loaf they’ll be half off and available Tuesday afternoon! I will have a few Howies, a few Zepedas and a few Hanks. Hop onto the Bakesy app if you’d like one and I’ll take the discount off, only a limited number on this first bake.

The next really exciting thing is that I’m doing my first Farmer’s Market on Thursday at Gardenwerks 3225 Cooney Dr. from 3:00-7:00. I will have bread, cookies, brownies and maybe even Dottie Knots! I would absolutely love the support, I’m a little nervous and it would be so lovely to see some of my Riff Raff family out there. That’s all for now as I will be crazy busy this week learning to quirks of Essie and preparing for that market, I hope you’re all well and enjoying this cool rainy day! It feels a bit like we never left Ireland!
