Hey all you Riff Raff family, I just want to first start by saying thank you to you all, you are the most incredible community and I feel so darn lucky to be baking for you all. This week I will be baking Monday and Friday again, I think it’s nice to have pickup days spread out and while we are not shooting weddings I might as well bake on Fridays! I also will always have Dottie Knots available on Sundays, so if you’d like a Sunday afternoon treat make sure you add those to your order! I appreciate you all, more than I can express, if you know anyone else who may enjoy some fresh bread or goodies please feel free to share this newsletter with them it really helps a lot!
This week, Monday we will have JAK Bites AND a new recipe for the Chocolate Chip cookies, it will be a mixture of the muffookies and brown butter chocolate chip cookies to hopefully help bridge the gap in a family divided. :) So if you can’t decide on which treat you love most, just order both! Friday I will have Sourdough Snickerdoodle Muffookies! They are spicy and fluffy and delicious.
In case you have ordered the Zepeda or the Hank before, they will look a little different this week and from now on, I decided to change their shape to allow them to spring a little more in the oven, I hope you like the new shape, should be easier to pop into the toaster too. Let me know what you think! And feel free to add in the notes of your order if you prefer your loaf a little lighter and softer or darker and crispy. When I can, I will happily accommodate!
