My goodness I am just blown away by you all. This community is something I never expected out of this bakery and I am completely overwhelmed. You are all so incredibly supportive and encouraging, so flexible and wonderful. We have a lot of new faces here so let me introduce myself, I’m Sarah Linden Gregson.
I was born and raised right here in Helena, went off on some adventures and landed right back where I started. I run a photography business called Chasers of the Light with my amazing husband,
Tyler, who is my number one fan and cheddar chopper and we travel all over the world photographing weddings and elopements. We take family photos and senior portraits here in Helena so if we’re ever unavailable to bake, we’re probably taking photos or chasing my two awesome teenagers around the state to cheer them on in track or cross-country.
Enough about me, let’s talk about baking! This week is special, it’s a week for Moms, and especially my Mom because on top of Mother’s Day, it’s her birthday! So, to celebrate my Mom and all awesome Moms, I’m adding a special Dottie Knot flavor for this weekend, LEMON! They will be the same buttery twists but filled with homemade lemon curd so if lemon is your thing, make sure to add some to your order! On the topic of ordering, I promise once my amazing new oven arrives I’ll be able to bake more at one time and more days of the week so hopefully I am able to provide you all with fresh yummy bread on a day that is convenient for you! For this week I’ll be baking bread on Monday and SATURDAY instead of Friday, and I’ll have brownie bites and chocolate chunk sourdough cookies available. Dottie Knots will be on Sunday as always. Because sourdough takes two days to make and I always bake on the day I give it to you, please place your order at least three days before you’d like your bread!
