Sunday Bread!!

And Wednesday too, don't worry. :)

Hello family!

I decided to add a second bake day on Sundays, just for the “Howie” my rustic sourdough loaves. I will fill Fred the Bread Shed by noon on Sundays with Howie and I think I will always try to add in a little new treat as well. This week I’m going to make sweet pumpkin bread maybe even with a little brown butter buttercream on the side because why not? I won’t take preorders for Sundays just swing by and grab a loaf for the week!

Wednesday I will still be filling the shed, this week I’ll have “Howie” and “Hank” and “Troublemakers”. Please feel free to preorder for Wednesday if you’d like to have your loaf and cookies waiting for you. :) Here’s a little video of the Howie and it’s beautiful crunch.
