Happy February Riff Raffians! I hope you’re all well and staying warm, enjoying this snow if that’s something you enjoy. :) This week again, I’ll have bread available Wednesday the 19th. So please place your orders by Monday evening to be sure to get your fresh bread!
A few little tips for those of you who can’t make it through an entire loaf fast enough to keep it fresh (we Never have this problem, haha, but if you do, read on) slice the rest of your loaf, wrap it tightly in cling film and then place in a freezer ziplock and pop into the freezer! You can then take one slice out at a time and pop it into the toaster to have fresh out of the oven taste for months! I’m happy to slice your loaf for you if you just put that in the comments on your order. I hope this helps!
Sending love out to you all, I hope I get to see some of you this Wednesday!

Okay. I have two confessions. #1: I have spent two months with an old starter and a lot of recipes and tips. #2: I make edible bread (I have been gluten-free for 15 years so I am not too discerning) sometimes but I believe even the concept of healthy bread puts 10 lbs on me. But never mind my bread is not as good as yours (which is clearly incredible), I am on my knees heading happily down this path. Please forgive me and wish me good luck!!
looking yummm Hank!
